David Williams heating up at the WSOP
Once again David Williams is doing good at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino. At event #35 Williams is in 3rd spot heading into day 2.
At the start of the WSOP David Williams made it all the way to the final table at event #7 ($1,500 Seven Card Stud) where he finished 4th for $36,470.
Yesterday he was at it again, plowing his way up the leader board at event #35 ($2,500 Mixed Hold'Em). The Team PokerStars Pro played his starting stack into 81,400 chips placing him as the 3rd overall.
A total of 393 players started the tournament and during the course of the day that field was cut down to 88. That doesn't mean things will be easy for Williams as the remaining guys are tough nuts.
In the top10 we find players as Team PokerStars Pro Andre Akkari, Frank Kassela, Isaac Baron, Bryan Devonshire and James Dempsey.
The money starts at the 45th spot which means that a minimum cash is $4,229.
If you're tough enough to get your hands on the bracelet you'll walk away with $210,107!
